Hosted by C3 Church, Pathfinders is designed to gather leaders in business, sport, media, politics and the arts to inspire, encourage and impart knowledge and experience to Sydney’s professional community. Pathfinders’ forum includes inspirational breakfasts, masterclass workshops and mentoring programs.
Held in the heart of Sydney, our famous breakfasts bring together hundreds of professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds to hear from Australia’s preeminent leaders. Past speakers have included The Hon. John Howard, David Koch, Mia Freedman, Mark Bouris, Peter Overton and Mark Scott. With such high calibre speakers, it is one of the hottest tickets in town.
Our mentoring program connects highly experienced industry leaders with aspiring professionals in a small group environment to allow maximum engagement and learning.
The masterclass workshops provide an opportunity to hear from industry leaders as they reveal the secrets to their success in fundamental areas such as leadership, entrepreneurship and people management.
Check out the following video for a taste of our breakfast program.

Pathfinders is committed to getting the world class leaders from a range of fields. Here are just a few who have graced the Pathfinders stage recently.
Knowledge can be gained from lots of sources, but some aspects of learning can only be gained from having an experience person show you the way. Mentoring is having someone a little further down the track than you, share their experiences and demonstrate how to do life.
We have a unique opportunity to build community by linking our more experienced and accomplished marketplace leaders with younger people, eager to down load the wisdom that they need for the next stage of development.
June intake is currently under way, stay tuned for future dates!
