Pathfinders is hosted by C3 Church and is designed to gather the best leaders in business, sport, media, the arts and politics to inspire, encourage and impart knowledge and experience to Sydney’s professional community. We currently do this through inspirational breakfasts, masterclass workshops and mentoring programs.
Our famous bi-annual breakfasts, held at the Ivy, Sydney, host some of Australia’s leaders in their fields, speakers such as Mr John Howard, David Koch, Mia Freedman, Mark Bouris, Peter Overton and Mark Scott. With such high calibre speakers, it is one of the hottest tickets in town.
Our mentoring program connects highly experienced industry leaders with aspiring professional in a small group environment to allow maximum engagement and learning.
Our masterclass workshops, provide an opportunity to hear the secrets of industry leaders revealing their fundamental skills, like leadership, entrepreneurship and people management.

Pathfinders is committed to getting the world class leaders from a range of fields. Here are just a few who have graced the Pathfinders stage recently.
Knowledge can be gained from lots of sources, but some aspects of learning can only be gained from having an experience person show you the way. Mentoring is having someone a little further down the track than you, share their experiences and demonstrate how to do life.
We have a unique opportunity to build community by linking our more experienced and accomplished marketplace leaders with younger people, eager to down load the wisdom that they need for the next stage of development.
