Mentoring

In a society where much of the apprenticeship and community approach to learning has dissipated, we see a great need for mentoring. This is evidenced throughout the business and professional sectors where professional coaching is becoming standard practice.

Knowledge can be gained from lots of sources, but some aspects of learning can only be gained from having an experience person show you the way. Mentoring is having someone a little further down the track than you, share their experiences and demonstrate how to do life.

We have a unique opportunity to build community by linking our more experienced and accomplished marketplace leaders with younger people, eager to down load the wisdom that they need for the next stage of development.

June intake is currently under way, stay tuned for future dates!

Masterclasses

The Masterclass series is designed to get up close and personal with key issues in business. In 2014 the series will cover the big issues of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and People Management. Whether you are a corporate high flyer, business owner, entrepreneur, fresh out of Uni or launching back into the workforce, Pathfinders Masterclasses are your opportunity to gain top tips from business experts in a smaller setting than our big events, that you can put straight into practice.
